The first preview includes your first name, age, city or town, short biography, and reasons you may enjoy meeting. Photos are shared after both people express interest, as part of your membership. Your full questionnaire, birth date, ZIP code, family details, and private requirements are not shared.

Yes. Your questionnaire includes these preferences and lets you distinguish flexible preferences from firm requirements. Both people's preferences are considered before an introduction is proposed.

A suitable introduction may take days, weeks, or longer, depending on who is available and how your preferences align. No number of introductions is guaranteed. See the billing FAQ below for how a month without a qualifying introduction is handled.

An introduction counts when a staff-reviewed match is available to both members through a private preview and both have been notified. Acceptance, a reply, or a meeting is not required; declining or ignoring a valid introduction still counts. Internal suggestions, duplicates, technical failures that prevent access, and matches that violate required preferences do not count and must be corrected.

Your original monthly renewal date stays the same. At each renewal, if the monthly period just ended had no qualifying introduction, the next full month is complimentary. This repeats as needed. An introduction during a complimentary month causes no immediate charge; normal billing resumes at the next scheduled renewal after a month with a qualifying introduction. Introductions do not accumulate as credits.

If a voluntary pause, inactivity, or nonresponse hold still excludes you from matching when renewal arrives, renewal is deferred. Existing paid access and conversations remain available. When billing has been deferred, you must review the restart date and price and confirm before billing can resume. Cancellation stops future charges and preserves access through the current paid period or an already earned complimentary period.

After 90 days without signed-in activity, matching pauses until you return and confirm readiness. Consecutive missed response deadlines lead to a 24-hour, seven-day, then 30-day hold. A fourth missed deadline requires explicit reactivation and staff review. Only accessible introductions with successfully sent notifications count as missed responses. After a timed hold, automatic return requires signed-in activity during the hold; otherwise, confirm readiness. A deliberate yes or no resets the consecutive count, while staff retain the history.

Before an introduction is sent, a person reviews both profiles, photos, and practical preferences. This review is not identity verification or a background check. For a first meeting, choose a public place where you feel comfortable.
